As a Director of HR Business Partnering, you will collaborate with your peers in Total Rewards, Recruiting and Learning & Development to prioritize, identify and execute critical people related initiatives to attract, develop and retain great talent.

You will also work with the business' leaders and executives to drive these initiatives.


What will you do?:


  • Lead the HRBP team towards being strategic to the business and ensure they are equipped with the right skills, tools, and support necessary to be effective in their roles while balancing business priorities with peoplerelated topics.
  • Work with business leaders on performance management, organizational design & change management projects that enable the business.
  • Play a strategic role in organizational design and drive people management strategies that promote an environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • Ensure that all strategies implemented are aligned with the overall business priorities and goals.
  • Together with the HRBPs, serve as a coach and consultant to the Senior Management and managers on key organizational, talent and people matters. You will also coach them on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, development, and performance management in order to promote a culture of continuous growth and development.
  • Collaborate with your own team, your peers, and business leaders in developing and executing a lifecycle approach to people management focused on forecasting, staffing, development, onboarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, talent movement, and leveraging workforce insights and analytics.
  • Leverage workforce insights and analytics in order to focus the business leaders on relevant people management issues while assessing potential strategies and solutions.
  • Conduct research and data analytics that help identify talent gaps, assess organizational performance, and propose solutions that support ongoing talent, development plans, and succession.

What do we require?:


  • Relevant graduate degree or MBA in HR, Psychology, Business, or a similar field.
  • The overall experience of 10+ years with 5+ years of work experience in leadership roles, leading a team, and in HR Business Partnering.
  • Experience in a startup or scaleup technology company of 500+ people.
  • Excellent business acumen with a great understanding of performance management, organization development, talent management & leadership coaching.
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and implementing effective and lasting people management programs within a business.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Good understanding of and experience in leveraging HR metrics, drawing insights from plain data and information, which will enable informed decisionmaking.
  • Strong employee relations skills.
  • Well organized, flexible, and open to change.
  • Ability to work comfortably in group settings, be proactive, and go beyond the call of duty.
  • Stay calm under pressure and in times of uncertainty and inspire the same in your team.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, both to drive people priorities with the business as well as to build and lead a worldclass HRBP team.
