    Role Description

    We are looking for a passionate Dutch Speaking Recruiter to join our remote team. Your main responsibility will be to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The role involves tasks such as developing job descriptions and job specifications, employing online sourcing techniques to search for candidates, conducting interviews via phone, video or in-person, and providing analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the rest of the team. This is an entry-level position and full training will be provided.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in Dutch and English.
    • A valid European Union passport.
    • Flexibility to complete a mandatory 4-month training in Athens.
    • Ability to work remotely within the city of the job.
    • Ability to manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
