- Realizar la venta directa a facultativos farmacéuticos/distribuidores farmacéuticos o clientes especiales
- Ampliar la cartera de clientes
- Realizar el seguimiento y fidelización de las cuentas propias y asignadas
- Implementar herramientas que generan sell-out
- Asegurar la eficiencia comercial a través de las herramientas definidas
- Formar e informar al profesional – cliente de las categorías del portfolio y de nuevas tendencias
- Implementar la gestión de categorías y surtido eficiente definido
- Introducir las innovaciones en los clientes al igual que implementar las campañas y acciones profesionales
- Realizar el control y seguimiento de las ventas y de la cartera de clientes, así como de los gastos de viajes según la política comercial
- Implementar la innovación en el canal. Utilizar las herramientas de innovación tecnológica en búsqueda de la optimización de la eficiencia comercial
- Estudios de Grado Medio
- Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en posiciones comerciales
- Conocimiento en gestión por categorías
- Conocimiento en técnicas de venta
- Orientación al cliente y alto rendimiento para formar parte de un equipo apasionado
- Ganas de hacer que las cosas sucedan y afán por crecer
