Responsibilities:
Creation, planning and monitoring of each of the customer site requirements, from site information, to the acceptance and invoicing of the them
Establishing fluid communications and bidirectional collaborations with all the parties involved in each project (Product Manager, Project manager, logistics, partners)
Coordination and development of the deployment, planning, control and preparation on time of all the necessary requirements (access management, both material and personnel, BTPs (IGRI), customer authorizations, previous documentation and delivery of work. Quality control coordination with third parties and internal process)
Cost control: billing and expenses, revenue, economic balance of the project plan. Preparation of offers to customer and orders to collaborating companies
Request generation for materials according to the needs of the client and monitoring of the logistics process until the final delivery. Forecast, inventory and stock control to avoid incurring LTO.
Review of designs and offers for the correct shipment of the material and solution of possible incidences
Supporting and monitoring of KPIs.
Adaptation and establishment mechanisms for coexistence between the client processes, standards and tools with those of the company. Maintenance of documentation in corporate tools (ISDP, ERP, IBUY...) and the client's own (eDicre, IGRI, eAgora)
Support and reporting to the program manager in everything related to the project, such as incident analysis, billing, stock, works monitoring, LTO, KPIs, etc.
Maintenance and control of the databases according to the requirements of the company
