    YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT Y ou will be part of the My Care team in Barcelona, a team tasked with the mission of providing the best-in-class support experience for Porsche owners .

    This is a key new role on a new cross-functional and dedicated Agile Product Team.

    You will have the opportunity to create and lead the technical design and development of a customer facing application which will shape the digital future of Porsche.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO Guide a teamofdevelopers responsible for building the product .

    As member of an agile product team , w ork with the P roduct O wner and stakehol ders to define product roadmap and priorities.

    P roviding guidance into story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
    Find creative and innovative approaches to complex problems while working, learning, and collaborating in a cross-functional agile team.
    Build highquality,and testable applications that support rapid delivery via continuous integration, delivery, and automated deployments.
    Collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines to define the technology objective and explore solution possibilities.
    Prevent performance bottlenecks and implement novel ways to solve them.
    Design and implement scalable APIs.
    Define the relevant key-technologies and architecture in alignment with global Porsche initiatives.
    Help establish the technical and architectural solution for the product .
    REQUIRED SKILLS At least 7 years of experience in full stack engineering and experience in a production environment

    At least 2 years of experience with a frontend framework (Angular, React, ) and preferably using some tool for SSR.

    Cloud computing expertise (preferably AWS) using an "Infrastructure as Code" tool (Terraform, CDK, Ansible, or similar) Expert programming skills in web based technologies
    Proficiency in Software Development Best Practices ( Clean Arch i tecture, SCM , CI/CD )
    Comprehensive knowledge of digital products, services and platforms
    Experience with understanding and interest in digital trends and new technologies
    Experience working in a global team-set up and multi-team collaboration environment
    The desire to lead new technology adoption and to have established a well designed architectures is a plus.
    E xcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Experience with the S c rum frame work ( SAFe is a plus)
