Our client is currently working with top big corporate automotive and industrial companies providing tech and digital solutions.


We are seeking a Senior profile with at least 4 years of demonstrable experience in PLM solutions, preferably Siemens PLM Teamcenter (document management, project management, change management, data model, configuration, bills of materials (BOMs), workflows, CAD integrations...) and Demonstrable knowledge of industrial processes.


As a Senior Platform Solutions Engineer, you will:

  • Lead endtoend implementations of the PLM system, including gathering business requirements, and defining configurations, customizations, and system integrations.
  • Provide guidance and expert advice on best practices, methodologies, and industry standards in PLM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and define optimized PLM processes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality and reliability of the PLM system.
  • Manage data transformation and migration activities during system upgrades or implementations.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants, guiding them in their PLM functional responsibilities.
  • Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and IT, to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of PLM processes with business objectives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (at least 4 years) in the implementation and support of PLM systems, preferably with handson experience on platforms such as Teamcenter, 3D Experience, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of concepts, methodologies, and best practices in the PLM industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive, discrete manufacturing, aerospace, and defence processes.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and data modelling within PLM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and deliver results within budget.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership abilities and the capacity to advise and guide junior consultants.
