The Role

Required:


  • University master's degree or PHD in Physics, Photonics, Quantum, Optics, Mechanics
  • Experience writing Horizon Europe proposals, specifically experience with EIC Pathfinder, RIA, IA, EIC Transitions programs. EIC Accelerator experience is desirable.
  • Experience drafting business models/ market reviews

Nice to have:


  • At least, 2 years' experience in Industrial, Technological or R&D consultancy.
  • Previous experience working in an international environment.
  • C1-C2.2/ Native English speaker.
  • Travel availability 20% (Europe).

  • Organized and methodical approach to projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to condense key ideas and communicate them effectively.
  • Analytical, with an affinity for finding new problems to solve.
  • Able to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Clear thinker, motivated to bring order to chaos.
  • Commercial mindset, comfortable speaking to key players.
  • Imaginative, creative, and curious
  • Unafraid to innovate.
