- Lead team of three Global Sourcing Managers.
- Lead Negotiations with suppliers.
- Lead Commercial contracts for CAPEX.
- Ensure service level availability for CAPEX in production sites.
- Mastering sourcing process (source to contract and procurement to pay).
- Management of CAPEX related supplier portfolio globally.
- Leadership in international procurement.
- Experience in strategic sourcing and category management from a relevant industry.
- Good at managing people networks.
- Strong in negotiation skills.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication with people with various cultural backgrounds.
- Structured, systematic and transparent approach to business processes.
- Good at prioritizing and staying calm under pressure.
- Solution focussed mindset.
- Fluent English and Spanish mandatory (German is a plus).
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, law or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in our industry.
