Eurovision Services is looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager to join the Global Sales & Marketing team at our office in Madrid, Spain.

ABOUT YOU:

If you meet the following requirements, this is the right opportunity for you:

  • Fluency in English (essential for this position)
  • Experience in Digital Marketing campaigns from concept, through execution to performance analysis
  • Experience overseeing web projects
  • Experience organising events (either shows or customer events)
  • Experience with content marketing (video content in particular)
  • Ability to travel or work with flexible working hours during events
  • Experience managing social media content production (Linkedin in particular)
  • Experience in media/broadcast or sport industry will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal, written) and strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
  • Organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing own tasks

THE CHALLENGES OF THE ROLE:


As a Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of the annual marketing and communication strategy in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation.

As the focal point for all marketing and communication activities, you will:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all development requests and chair the ES Web Stakeholder Group
  • Ensure a strong ES presence at industry events and conferences in line with the marketing strategy and corporate goals
  • Actively supporting lead generation for the Sales team
  • Actively promote the ES brand and service portfolio
  • Manage media relations and respond to all enquires
  • Manage the corporate social media accounts for the organisation and its subsidiaries
  • Draft, produce and manage the publication of all internal and external marketing communication content (print, web, social media)
  • Analyse the market and monitor competitor's activity to identify trends, challenges and opportunities to communicate.
  • Develop and promote existing communication policies and train staff when necessary
