IT Infrastructure Engineer

Eurovision Services is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join the international software engineering team at our technology hub in Madrid, Spain.

ABOUT THE TECHNOLOGY HUB
The Eurovision Services technology hub in Madrid is responsible for delivering media and

broadcast solutions using the most advanced software engineering techniques. As part of the

technology team, you will be working with top international engineers specialized in media and

see your developments implemented in Tier 1 global sports and news content.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:

Experience with servers/workstations installations, building, and configuration. Perform

Windows Server administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and

troubleshooting.

Manage Windows updates and patches using WSUS for a secure and uptodate

infrastructure.

Design and manage storage solutions to meet performance and capacity requirements.
Administer virtualization environments, including VMware and Proxmox.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management tasks.
Implementing backup and recovery strategies for onpremise (Veeam) and Azurebased
Maintain and optimize our Active Directory infrastructure.
Leverage Azure services to enhance our infrastructure's scalability and efficiency.
Design and implement cloudbased solutions: This involves architecting and planning the
Manage Azure Active Directory for user authentication and authorization.
Implement cloudspecific security policies, standards, and procedures e.g., Azure tenant

management and configuration, identify management and access control, auditing and

monitoring, security incident and event management, user and administrator account

management, SSO, conditional access controls and password/key management.

Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and System for Crossdomain Identity

Management (SCIM) in Azure.

Ensure data protection through Azure Information Protection policies and configurations.
Create and maintain Azure Automation scripts and runbooks for efficient operations.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering and administration.
Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Certification
Expertise in Active Directory Management, Azure, Azure AD, Azure SSO/SCIM, AIP,

and Azure Automation.

Expert in Windows Server Administration, WSUS, Storage Solutions, Virtualization

(VMware and Proxmox), and PowerShell Scripting

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert nice to have
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

ADDED VALUE
Additional experience in the following areas would be a bonus:

Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed and international teams.
Experience in OTT/media/broadcast software development projects
Knowledge of digital video concepts (container formats, codecs, compression schemes, tools, best practices, etc.)
