- You will be part of a team of more than Technology and Data experts, in 25 countries, aiming to take the bank further through technology.
- You will participate in close to 1,800 cutting-edge technology projects implemented annually with a positive impact on 85 million people.
- You will work with a wide range of technologies, from experienced to disruptive ones: 46 programming languages, 201 development platforms, etc.
- You will collaborate with our main tech partners - Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, IBM, RedHat, Telefonica, Cisco, Genesys, etc.
- You will work on innovative projects in areas such as Development, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Data.
- You will learn by working in your project, with access to the entire BBVA training offer and the Ninja project, a gamified training platform with a large community of participants.
- 3+ years of experience in constructing analytic solutions to business problems.
- Background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Enthusiasm for using data to solve business problems, and understanding of algorithms, data processing methods, and visualization techniques.
- Good communication and presentation skills, storytelling based on data.
- Proactive and constructive attitude and team player.
- Create an excellent working environment.
- Medium/high level in English.
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of AWS Data & Analytics services.
- Nice to Have: CIB product & services knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand needs and requirements.
- Identify necessary data and be responsible for data exploration, including data harmonization and preparation.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines transforming data into business insights.
- Design and implement analytic solutions based on statistical analysis and machine learning.
- Create reports with findings, formulate recommendations, and present conclusions effectively.
- Collaborate with IT teams to convert analytical proof of concepts into productive modules.
- Maintain, monitor, and evolve analytical solutions.
- Use communication skills to share analysis results.
