About Bold Valuable Tech:

Bold is a young company that aims to become a global player in the electric vehicle and special projects sector providing design and manufacturing services to motorsport and aerospace.

We leverage our experience in motorsports to develop high-performance battery technology that is light weight, modular and scalable. We want to make Formula 1 battery technology available at scale.

After achieving a +200% organic revenue growth (no marketing, no external investment/grants) over the last 2 years, Bold is currently preparing for an unprecedented growth stage and is looking to fill several key positions within the company to execute the business plan.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and learn from the existing TA Specialist, working alongside them to find the best talent in the market.

We are looking for knowledge and attitude rather than years of experience

What You Will Do

Build excellent relationships with your internal stakeholders and showcase the best recruitment practices.
Be an advocate for Bold
Build relationships with universities to attract the best entry level talent in Europe. (Develop and drive the graduate recruiting strategy.)
Work on employer branding to continue positioning Bold as one of the most exciting startups in Barcelona

What You Need to Succeed

Excellent customer service skills with both a professional telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English
Ability to work collaboratively and successfully with members of a team.
Organizational skills: Possess a methodical and structured way of working, able to prioritize a variety of tasks
Be proficient in working with data, as well as deriving conclusions and actions based on your analysis.

It would be great if you also had:

Experience as a technical recruiter within a company or a recruitment agency
Experience recruiting different types of profiles, engineering, or automotive environment.
Expert user of LinkedIn and other social networks.
Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools.
Sense of urgency: Be a proactive problem solver that get things done and thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
