As the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards operational excellence and sustainable growth.

This role is a unique blend of a General Manager and Culture Lead, reflecting the startup ethos and the importance of fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team to shape the company's strategic direction.

we are designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing the next generation of high-performance batteries to innovative projects for multiple industries.

What You Will Do

Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products and services
Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and scalability
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement in operational workflows
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategy.
Work closely with the executive team to align operational objectives with broader business goals.
Nurture a positive company culture that aligns with our values
Provide leadership and mentorship to department heads, fostering professional development and teamwork
Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability
Monitor key financial metrics and implement costeffective measures to achieve business objectives.
Assess and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company
Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges

What You Need to Succeed

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a COO or equivalent, in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment
Background in Technology, engineering or related technical field
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a positive corporate culture
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
