Descripción de la misión:


Customer Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute innovative and costeffective strategies to acquire new users/customers.
  • Utilize a datadriven approach to identify and target highpotential customer segments.
  • Coordinate and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for lead generation.

Conversion Optimization:

  • Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, user flows, and other conversion points to optimize for maximum conversion rates.
  • Implement and iterate on strategies to enhance user onboarding processes.

Retention and Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve user retention and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Work closely with the product team to identify and implement features that enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.

Data Analysis:

  • Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies.
  • Use datadriven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.

Innovation and Experimentation:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging growth hacking techniques.
  • Continuously experiment with new channels, tools, and tactics to uncover scalable growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation within the team.

Perfil:

Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or in a similar role within the SaaS industry

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and a datadriven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Knowledge of SaaS metrics and industry best practices.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
