Reporting to Manager of Strategic Key Accounts

Due to the rapid expansion of Mindray's success, Mindray Spain needs a true professional based in Madrid, with an established marketing experience.

This is a tough, competitive market sector, our key competitors are amongst the largest healthcare companies in the world. We need a hardworking professional to focus on supporting the growth of our European business, through your professional approach to marketing.

Your responsibilities:

• Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors.
• Collect and analyse information of the market, e.g., competitors' activities and customers' requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities.
• Support strategic key account team in administrative aspects such as quotations, documentations and demonstrations
• Support the product specialists with tender submissions. Market scanning and submission coordination, ensuring all opportunities are identified and acted on in a timely manner
• Involvement in pre-sales and post-sales activities and trainings for customers

What are we looking for in you?

• Solid background in tender or sales management preferably in a medical device or med-tech industry, or highly technical product-based business
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Excellent planning and organisation skills, proactive and resourceful attitude
• Ability to work plan and prioritise workload
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Experienced in working with end users and key clients
• Must have high creative energy and the ability to distinguish nuanced scenarios
• Excellent multi-tasking, decision-making, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Ability to work in the country for which you have applied without the requirement for company sponsorship
