We're hiring for an
ERP Finance System Analyst as part of Merkle in Barcelona.

Job Description:

Purpose of the role

We are looking for an ERP Finance System Analyst to play an integral role in the maintenance, implementation and process designs of our financial system and related platforms.

The daily work routine as an ERP Finance system analyst is quite dynamic depending on the assigned tasks

It includes:

Create a report for stakeholders and/or checks that automated reports were correctly delivered.
Fix ERP issues raised by finance team.
Fix data inconsistencies on BI tools. Unpredictable data errors need to be solved through proper analysis throughout the process.
Work on assigned tasks: from building a Power BI report from scratch to be part of the implementation of a financial process module within the ERP.

Your core responsibilities:

Support and maintenance of the ERP (NAV Dynamics).
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Business Management, End Users and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and investigate ERP issues.
Analyse databases to create and automate reports.
Translate business requirements into ERP and BI solutions.
Help in systems migration.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for in you

Minimum 2 years of experience working within an ERP environment
Understanding of Finance EndtoEnd processes
Comprehension of databases structure
Ability to speak both business process and technical process based on the audience that you are addressing, supporting, or working with
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate tools for data visualisations and automations
Experience with Navision Dynamics, Business Central is a plus.
