Payroll Processing Administrator with SAP


PERM
EN B2

100% remote - or hybrid


Location:
Madrid,
Spain Salary: 35.000EUR

Tasks

  • Proven experience of processing Payroll in Spain (more than 1 country is an advantage).
  • Proven payroll local knowledge for Spanish payroll.
  • Desired local knowledge for Portuguese payroll too.
  • At least 3 years payroll administration experience with solid knowledge of endtoend payroll process in SAP.
  • Up to date knowledge of recent legislation Spain (mandatory).
  • Proven experience with SAP Payroll Software and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Relevant experience of working in a busy multiplepayroll environment.
  • Looking to progress a diverse career in payroll.

  • Dynamic person that is capable to work in a new and challenging environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a clear customer orientation.
  • Demonstrates confidence in their area of expertise, ingenuity and desire to meet the project objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written + Spanish.
  • Business level experience with other languages is helpful.
  • Capacity to taking on a new payroll transitioning a new service.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and capable of building relationships.
  • Results focussed with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for payroll and a desire to develop new skills.
