Join Our Team as an IT Director

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in SAP and over 10 years of experience in the field? Are you looking for a challenging leadership role with the flexibility of working remotely while occasionally traveling to Madrid? If so, we want you on our team

Tasks

What You'll Do:

Oversee and manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems, with a focus on SAP.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.
Oversee IT budgets and ensure costeffective use of resources.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in SAP.
Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing IT teams.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel to Madrid occasionally as required.
