We're seeking an IT Service/Product Owner to take charge of a specific service within the Siemens Sales Data Cloud.

The Opportunity:

As a IT Service/Product Owner, you will be at the core of our Sales Data Cloud operation.

You will oversee end-to-end responsibility for your designated service, becoming the vital link between our business stakeholders and the technological world.

Through your dynamic leadership, you'll coordinate a team of developers, ensuring the creation of innovative data models and online dashboards that empower our business decision-making.

Your Journey with us will include:

Assuming full ownership and accountability for your assigned service within the Siemens Sales Data Cloud
Orchestrating a team of developers, fueling the creation and maintenance of data models and interactive dashboards
Serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating technical language into accessible business insights
Driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to continually enhance our service offerings
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
Steering the team towards agile work methodologies and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement

The Toolkit You'll Need:

A degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience in IT product or service management
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible business language
Experience in leading employees, ideally within a global context
A thorough understanding of data architecture and data modelling principles
Handson experience with creating data models and interactive dashboards
A deep understanding of the value of data and analytics in business decision making
An agile mindset and experience with agile methodologies

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
