To achieve these challenges, we are looking for a sales engineer specialized in the sale and configuration of protection and control equipment and systems, medium voltage switchgears, digital substations, as well as global projects in the main vertical markets.


What will be your challenge?

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities in the field of sales for medium voltage switchgears, protection relays & control systems.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers located in north region (Basque Country, Navarra and La Rioja)
  • Advise customers on the most suitable solutions for their specific needs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and drive sustainable growth for the company
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Designs and engineers the system down to detail to satisfy the specified requirements of the customer.
  • Defines the products, components and subsystems to be used and their concrete characteristics.
  • Configures the components and subsystems used according to the requirements.
  • Develops detailed solutions for the integration to ensure the interaction of the individual elements as a functioning unit.
  • Is responsible for the realization of the system with the required functionality, prepares the design documentation.

The following knowledge/skills will be positively considered.

  • Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electricity, Energy or Industrial Engineering.
  • Solid knowledge of medium voltage switchgears, protection relays & control systems for electrical substations.
  • Customer oriented with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • At least 2 years previous experience in related positions.
  • High communication, negotiations and public speaking skills.
  • Great ability to work in a team and independently, with a high capacity for organization.
