HR Partner
The HR Partner is responsible for supporting, advising and inspiring leaders, on their request, by providing HR expertise and by promoting data-based approaches.
At the same time, the role is also responsible for providing talent solutions in close collaboration with Divisional Talent Leads and our business.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Consulting & coaching: You empower the leads to create a high-performance culture within their teams by providing on demand in-dept advise, data-based analyses, expertise and coaching and address critical needs on aspects of

Talent Management: Under the Divisional Talent Lead guidance, you facilitate workshops, support the implementation of specific retention needs, guide Leaders on the approach for talent reviews and talent development action plans

I&D** Guidance / Interventions

Performance Management:participate, together with the divisional Talent Lead,
in providing the right advise and appropriate management of compliance and legal needs

Total Rewards: support annual compensation practices (merit, STI, LTI, TPA, Structural Budget,)

Change Management: implement org. changes; provide labour & employee relations support

Leadership & Culture:You strengthen our company culture and Leader experience by delivering HR support and promoting a delivery model based on self management, agility & digital mindset.

Project Management: The leaders in your country (region) drive change based on your solutions to changing business needs. You participate in projects or transformation initiatives derived from Divisional Talent Leads.

Development: The leaders in your country (region) have best class advice because you keep up to date about the solutions & trends for the assigned HR topics (in which you are local HR advisor). Update the HR partner team, specifically around the impact on our policies and initiatives

Culture & change:Leaders in your country/country region identify you as role model for LIFE values, fostering inclusion, accountability and working with agile methodologies and new ways of working.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another applicable field.
- Postgraduate degree in HR is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of strategic and operational HR portfolio (35 years)
- Knowledge of the local labor relation laws
- Strong interpersonal skills, including building trustful relationships, influencing, challenging, conflict resolution and coaching leaders
- Business acumen: understanding of related business drivers, challenges, and opportunities
- Strong outcome / solution orientation: Competence to drive results and to collaborate withing Bayer networks
- Good organizational skills and strong in reducing complexity
- Competence and willingness to leverage digital technology and data to interpret and generate talent and organizational insights
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
