Your Role Within Our Kingdom
We are looking for an outstanding manager, willing to use their skills and who can help with project management and coordinate projects to build exciting in
- game experiences, and to support Candy Crush Saga's most pivotal initiatives (Seasons and Partnerships).

You will work within the Live Marketing Operations team to deliver and optimize an extraordinary experience for our players by building the most exciting calendar of limited
- time in
- game events (live ops) that reach hundreds of millions of players worldwide.


As part of the Live Marketing team, you will enjoy a creative, challenging, and collaborative environment where your creativity, energy, and ideas will be every bit as valued as your project management expertise.


Your Role Within Our Kingdom

  • Full ownership of the live ops calendar design in CCS and lead live operation team to implement operation plans, identify and mitigate risks, and expand current events portfolio
  • Champion the game vision, goals, and quality expectations in partnership with CCS Events Product & Production Teams
  • Maintain the operation plan, track progress, and coordinate backlogs to deliver quality events in a predictable and efficient timeline
  • Lead team and find opportunities for short
- term and long
- term efficiency improvements

  • Lead and support team members in their career development, and champion a positive and creative culture within the team.
  • Provide stakeholders and leads with production overviews and status updates.
  • Report on KPI metrics, such as monetization, engagement, and reach.

- game experiences fascinating and fully understand how all the different pillars of game development can work together to deliver a unique experience to our players. You are highly creative but also enjoy using a mix of strategy, intuition, and data analysis in your day
- to
- day work.


You'll have an appreciation of what content works well with your players and how the quality of content and correct targeting can help increase the playing experience and build loyalty.

  • Have contributed to the development, release, and/ or service operations of at least one mobile game or live mobile digital product
  • Experience in leading multiple teams in aligning to and executing against product vision and goals
  • Able to work in and foster a team culture of trust and respect, where open feedback, accountability, and courage to fail fast and learn are the norm
  • Able to receive feedback openly and adjust leadership style and way of working
  • Confirmed analytical and data

Bonus Points

  • Experience in game development crafts such as art, game design, engineering, QA/QC
  • Experience working in game

The position reports into the Live Marketing Operations Director in Barcelona. This role is based in our Barcelona or Stockholm office, but some travel may be required.
