The Challenge:


The Sr Director, HR Business Partner EMEA is responsible for leading a team of Country HR partners to deliver best-in-class people strategy and HR services to our EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and beyond.

This role will serve as a key partner and consultant to EMEA Sales and GTM Leadership and play a critical role in aligning business strategies with OneTrust human capital strategy and People initiatives to accelerate performance of the GTM organization in the region.


Your Mission:

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of Country HR Partners to support local managers and leaders across the GTM organization and deploy HR services to local teams across EMEA.
  • Build excellence across the EMEA HR organization through coaching, career development and mentorship.
Strategic Business Partner/Consultant

  • Serve as a partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders who carry a significant responsibility for driving the growth and success of the OneTrust brand and business. Help them see multiple steps ahead and optimize their decisionmaking to achieve OneTrusts growth goals through a wellhoned talent strategy lens.
Operational Leadership

  • Effectively deliver against a wide range of daytoday operational responsibilities including performance improvement and employee relations strategy and coaching, policy implementation, manager coaching, compensation planning, employee mobility management, employee development and engagement.
  • Effectively influence partner orgs include People Ops, Recruiting, Talent Management, Finance and Legal to ensure strong deployment in matters ranging from singular employee issues to complex crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Play the roles of both leader and partner, collaborating effectively at points of client group overlap across the matrixed GTM HR organization.
Data Analytics & Measurement

  • Assist business unit leadership with data analysis and reporting of organizational design, structure, compensation and other factors to help incorporate and drive industry best practices within the operational unit.
  • Build from your own data analytic experience and instincts to derive insights you can use to influence business outcomes for the better
Initiative Leadership and Change Agency

  • Participate in the design, development and deployment of organizational, talent and change initiatives driven both by the Sales and HR organizations
  • Facilitate or lead operating rhythms with key stakeholders, partnering to ensure coordination and execution with high velocity and quality.
  • Define and drive key activities that prepare leaders to lead through change, equip managers to support change and enable employees to understand change.
Strategic Program Management

  • Lead and drive talent and culture activities, including performance management, compensation, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, career development, and leadership engagement provide innovative solutions to human capital challenges.

Your Experience Includes

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced study in a related field is a big plus
