The Challenge:

Your Mission:

Provide transactional support for high volume SaaS contracting through the contract lifecycle
Support the sales team directly and assist counsels on their transactions
Handle adhoc legal requests for support from the sales function
Support contract signing process
Support updates to legal team templates & precedents
Support legal and sales training
Assist with wider company projects assigned to the Commercial & Product Support team.

You Are:

Selfmotivated
Able to work independently, multitask and prioritize your workload
Able to quickly shift priorities to meet deadlines
Able to effectively communicate, both verbal and written, with all levels of the organization
Meticulous and pride yourself with attention to detail and accuracy
Adaptable to change and thrive in a fastpaced environment
Highly organized

Your Experience Includes:

Bachelor's degree
2+ years working in private practice or inhouse

Extra Awesome:

Paralegal Certificate
Commercial Contracts Experience
Ironclad experience
Privacy, GRC, Ethics, Compliance or ESG Experience
