    Buscamos un Especialista de Soluciones para una empresa especializada en soluciones de software para para la promoción de ciudades sostenibles e inteligentes.

    La empresa tiene presencia internacional, con oficinas en Inglaterra, Italia, Uzbekistán y España.

    Este rol es esencial para apoyar a los clientes en la adopción de los productos de la compañía, proporcionando asistencia integral, formación y documentación.

    El Especialista en Soluciones será responsable de definir, ejecutar y documentar casos de prueba para diferentes funcionalidades y módulos del software.

    Esto implica un conocimiento profundo del producto para garantizar un análisis de pruebas preciso y eficaz. Además, el especialista elaborará manuales de usuario detallados para guiar a los clientes en el uso del software.

    La prestación de servicios de apoyo de segundo nivel es un componente fundamental de la función, ya que garantiza que los problemas complejos se resuelvan de forma eficiente y eficaz.

    El especialista también impartirá formación operativa a los clientes, permitiéndoles aprovechar al máximo las capacidades del software.

    Apoyar a los clientes en la parametrización del software es otra responsabilidad clave, que requiere la capacidad de explicar la funcionalidad de diversas áreas del producto de forma clara y exhaustiva.

    El especialista destacará los efectos de las opciones de parametrización para garantizar que los clientes puedan tomar decisiones con conocimiento de causa.

    Además, el especialista en soluciones ayudará al área comercial a presentar el software tanto a los clientes actuales como a los potenciales, mostrando las ventajas y características del producto de forma convincente.


    Competencias:
    Conocimiento de bases de datos (Oracle, SQL...)Conocimientos avanzados de Office SuiteSólidos conocimientos de análisis de pruebas.


    Ubicación Jerárquica:
    Este puesto depende del Product Owner y colabora estrechamente con el equipo de Application Support.

    El Especialista en Soluciones interactúa con varios departamentos internos, incluyendo el área de Producción y Gestión de Proyectos, y mantiene relaciones directas con los clientes.
