Job Description Summary:
The Senior Electrical Engineering Manager will provide leadership to a high skilled and global engineering team executing business critical new product developments, driving cost competitiveness, and ensuring world class subsystem performance of the Haliade X Offshore platform.
You will work together with Supply Chain, EHS and Operations among other relevant stakeholders, to deliver the best solution from a whole value chain perspective.
Responsibilities include:
- Full ownership and accountability for quality of deliverables, on time delivery, design cost, dfmea, performance, availability, weight, and general targets defined by the business related to the subsystem.
- Team management and development towards successfully achievement of targets through different programs related to Haliade X.
- Lead a global, multifaceted Engineering team with responsibility for setting priorities, shaping culture and strategic planning.
- Provide crossfunctional leadership to ensure a cohesive, differentiated, and marketleading subsystem technology strategy from design through customer fulfillment.
- Drive Engineering Excellence across the team.
- Ensure appropriate operating rhythm to ensure KPI business targets are met by the team, driving simplification, efficiency, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive action plans aiming to deliver world class quality.
- Provide leadership with high integrity and oversight of processes protecting Intellectual Property, exportcontrolled information, and strategic technology.
- Promote professional growth through timely performance feedback, coaching and counseling.
- Ensure company compliance initiatives and training requirements are implemented within work group.
- Drive the Reward & Recognition process, promote Fun at Work.
- Define roles and responsibilities for assigned personnel.
- Conduct performance appraisals and participate in salary planning.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in an Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years proven technology and/or product management experience.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Significant experience in leadership roles in similar functional positions with proven successful record.

- Prior experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) programs with proven ability delivering complex programs on schedule, within budget, and proven component performance.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and design engineering.
