Job Description Summary:
Will collaborate in materials management tasks and document development of P&C Projects.


His work involves providing support to engineers and PMs in the development of technical documentation, data entry into PLM and ERP, and launch of material purchases for the project.

Role Summary/Purpose

  • Support to Management
  • Purchasing and ERP&PLM (Internal tool with materials and BOM (Bill of materials)for Operations department

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support Project managers in the management of purchases related to projects and followup
  • Management of erp/SAP tools.
  • Operations management support, backlog reporting
  • Support and management of engineering documentation through plm platform management for manufacturing / data traceability in project management.
  • Collaboration in the tasks of engineering documentation in projects.
  • Coordination between the different departments of a production plant and the client. Support to engineers on Materials management on SAP & PLM (ERP and PLM)

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Administrative, Secretary, training in business administration or equivalent.
  • Knowledge on Office and Advanced Excel

Languages:


  • Spanish advanced level
  • English or other languages are desirable (French, German, Italian)
