Misión: Dar servicio al Departamento Técnico y de Producción de una gran planta de producción, a través del desarrollo e implantación de los proyectos de ingeniería óptimos, satisfaciendo las necesidades de la compañía.
Funciones y responsabilidades: Asegurar que los trabajos se desarrollen conforme a la legislación en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Desarrollar los proyectos de ingeniería definiendo los equipos y la implantación de éstos, las instalaciones necesarias para su funcionamiento y elaborar los presupuestos correspondientes a cada partida en cuestión. Una vez aprobado el proyecto, elaborar el presupuesto definitivo y proceder a la contratación de las partidas aprobadas. Coordinar y supervisar el cumplimiento de los plazos por parte de los proveedores, la ejecución correcta de los montajes y la puesta en marcha de los equipos. Durante la ejecución de los proyectos ejecutar o coordinar con proveedores externos toda la documentación legal necesaria para la realización de los mismos. Actualizar la documentación técnica y legal de las modificaciones que se realicen en las instalaciones de las plantas productivas. Realizar seguimientos de procesos, proponiendo las mejoras técnicas necesarias a fin de resolver los problemas existentes. Colaborar con el Jefe de Mantenimiento en la realización de los mantenimientos necesarios en los equipos (definición de gamas de mantenimiento, implantación del Plan de Mantenimiento, etc.). Efectuar auditorías de calidad, gestión de los trabajos y planes de mantenimiento de las plantas. Supervisará a los Ingenieros junior que pueda haber en el departamento.
Competencias: Orientación al cliente interno/externo, organización y planificación, autonomía y capacidad analítica, resolución de problemas, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo
Experiencia: 5 años de experiencia desarrollando un rol similar, como Plant Engineer en empresa industrial de tamaño grande.
