- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Conduct business cases and feasibility studies and assess potential solutions to address business needs
- Support in the evaluation of potential business opportunities and investments
- Work closely with Plasma teams to ensure execution of business strategies and action plans
- Apply statistical modeling and advanced analytics techniques to optimize business strategies
- Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in strategic planning or a similar role
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the strategic implications of data analysis
- Proficiency in analytics, including advanced data modeling with MS Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with PowerBI and other analytics and visualization tools is preferred
- Proficient level of English

The Plasma Planning Analyst develops strategic analysis and business recommendations to support cross-functional projects related to long-term planning, strategic initiatives, and business growth. The position in influential in bringing a fact-based approach to our growth and business optimization initiatives. This position reports directly to the Director, Planning Operations.
