    Job Title: Customer Care Representative at PayFit


    Role Overview:

    Join the Customer Service team at PayFit as a Customer Care Representative. Your mission will include:
    • Supporting clients with using the platform by quickly and efficiently handling "level 1" queries.
    • Making suggestions for continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and collaboration with other teams.
    • Assisting in onboarding, training, and supporting new team members.

    Your Responsibilities:


    • Responding to, investigating, or escalating incoming client requests via live chat or email.
    • Ensuring clients effectively use the PayFit platform and become self-sufficient.
    • Building trust by providing timely and efficient responses to client inquiries.
    • Contributing to process enhancements to enhance customer satisfaction.

    Ideal Candidate:


    • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in live chat support.
    • Proficiency in French.
    • Strong empathy and teaching skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Excellent team player willing to assist and support others.
    • Problem-solving attitude and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
    • Motivated to work in the fast-paced environment at PayFit.
    • Enthusiastic about working in our amazing offices in Barcelona.
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to explain the revolutionary aspects of our solution.

    Additional Preferences:


    • Basic knowledge of French payroll and its regulations.
    • Ability to understand and follow conversations in English.

    Recruitment Process:
    (30 mins) Phone interview with Eléonore (Talent Acquisition Specialist)
    (60 mins) Interview with CCR managers - Alexia & Florent (Customer Care Representative Team leaders)
    (30 mins) Interview with Thibaut Stevens or Josephine Charmoz (Onboarding & Customer Care Director)
