Expert Controlling Services - Build & Implement
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Support /Decision on visualization options and functional definitions and technical concepts.
- Evaluate technical concepts for cost, simplicity, operational implications and user experience.
- Define needed settings like authorization requirements and tracking parameters (e.g. KPIs).
- Coordination and follow up of testing (Product Release test, UAT).
- Responsible to coordinate to the rollout of new products and enhancements.
- Ensure build up and retention of knowledge in the team and in department knowledge management system.
- Lead Global projects and global meetings.
- Act as internal escalation points for support on end user questions & requests.
- Identify and drive actions for continuous improvement.
- Quickly evaluate global issues and escalate to activate global emergency procedures when required.
- Main contact for the GPO organization.
RESPONSIBILITY:

KEY REPONSABILITIES:
- Process responsiblity to build and implement analytical solutions of Dashboards and Analysis for Office (AO) workbooks (Business package, Functional package, Business planning, Cost Center & Project reporting, Daily Sales, Macroeconimic Dashboards, Print Reporting) including coordination with internal and extern
IT providers. - Responsible for Reporting &Analysis of at least one Product (Planning and/or Actuals).
- Functional responsibility for one or multiple content areas (Sales&Margin, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Coordinate efficiency and quality initiatives.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Accounting,, Financial Analysis or similar fields.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Experience in project management and the implementation of
IT enhancements. - Solid knowledge of Controlling data structures & flows as well as financial KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with stakeholders.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
IT
- Experience in Tableau and Power BI.
- Ability to coordinate meetings and presentations in an international environment.
- Passion and high interest for overcoming complexity in a high technology & content driven financial environment.
- Strong collaborator with comprehension for teamwork in international settings.
- Analytical skills, structured approach, proactive and selfmotivated.
- Ability to work under pressure with high flexibility in changing environments.
