We're looking for a skilled
Analytics Developer** to join our dynamic team.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing analytics solutions that contribute to strategic decision-making and operational efficiencies.

You will be working closely with cross-functional commercial teams to understand business needs and deliver robust analytics solution to enable informed decision.


Major tasks and responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into key business questions (KBQs). This includes identifying the essential elements of complex business challenges and structuring them into clear objectives.
  • Develop an analytics process that effectively breaks KBQs down into manageable actionable steps.
  • Design and develop analytics workflows and supporting solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in analytics outputs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in analytics and big data technologies.
  • Present compelling validated stories to all levels of organization to drive both strategic and operational changes in business.
  • Enjoy the process of finding the answers and engage business stakeholders with the transformative power of analytics.

Competences

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or engineering with 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g, Tableau, SpotFire).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or R.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Outstanding ability to solve problems and think critically, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven effective communication skills both written and verbal required in English language.
  • Experience in Crop science is a plus.
