We're looking for a skilled
Analytics Developer** to join our dynamic team.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing analytics solutions that contribute to strategic decision-making and operational efficiencies.

You will be working closely with cross-functional commercial teams to understand business needs and deliver robust analytics solution to enable informed decision.

Major tasks and responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into key business questions (KBQs). This includes identifying the essential elements of complex business challenges and structuring them into clear objectives.
Develop an analytics process that effectively breaks KBQs down into manageable actionable steps.
Design and develop analytics workflows and supporting solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in analytics outputs.
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in analytics and big data technologies.
Present compelling validated stories to all levels of organization to drive both strategic and operational changes in business.
Enjoy the process of finding the answers and engage business stakeholders with the transformative power of analytics.

Competences

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or engineering with 2+ years of experience.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g, Tableau, SpotFire).
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or R.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Outstanding ability to solve problems and think critically, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven effective communication skills both written and verbal required in English language.
Experience in Crop science is a plus.
