Miguel Colina Castro

🌟 From a young age, science and the realm of pharmacology greatly captivated my interest. Understanding how the human body works and how medications operate and help people heal has always intrigued me. This ignited my passion for pharmacy and led me to pursue a career where I can both help people and satisfy my curiosity about science.

🎓I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology two years ago, and I finished my Bachelor's in Pharmacy in June 2024. During my academic experience I sought out opportunities to put theory into practice, which led me to join different research internships in the University of Miami and Hospital 12 de Octubre, developing projects in the field of Molecular Oncology. These experiences bolstered my vocation for science and taught me both professional and personal skills like teamwork, critical thinking and conflict resolution.

🏥 I recently finished a pharmacy internship at Farmacia Embajadores, where I delved into the way the health system works in Spain and gained hands-on experience in dispensing prescriptions, aiding patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

🔍 My professional objective is to intertwine both my passion for investigation and the pharmaceutical industry, specially within the medical affairs and clinical research departments. I am excited to be actively involved in new projects within the pharmaceutical sector, and I aim to make meaningful contributions to the progress of healthcare in society.
