Sobre Melissa Fanning:

I am a person who is very highly motivated and hard working with a high level of confidence and drive.

All my employments to date are in the field of customer service and engagement.

From an early stage of my work life it became apparent that I was a people person and I related exceptionally well, with customers and staff always getting on so well with them.

I have always been very well liked and popular in all my employments and I would always receive regular feedback on my upbeat personal style of dealing and engaging with people.

Trustworthy, genuine and easy to relate to are also feedback comments I have received continuously in my employments.

My work experience in the area of customer service is extensive, particularly in the hospitality area which can be very challenging.

My experience there also enabled me to develop very good problem solving and conflict management skills.

My last role in that field was as a manager, a role I thrived in and was very successful. This role further enabled me to develop my administration, IT, organising and staff managing skills.

I left that role to fulfill my ambition to become a professional singer / entertainer . An employment that has further enhanced my confidence, communication and people skills. I have in recent times compared charity concerts in front of hundreds of people with immensely positive feedback.

In my current circumstances of having a young child, I feel it is time to look for a career with more social and reliable hours.
