I am a purpose-driven HR executive with 20+ years’ experience leading cultural transformation, organisational development, and strategic people initiatives across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. I recently became a Fellow of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personel nad Development CIPD.reflects mastery in strategic people management, organizational development, and workforce planning, as well as a commitment to ethical leadership and professional excellence. It affirms my ability to influence at board level, shape HR policy, and drive transformation across complex, multicultural organizations.
