Experiencia

Responsible for events design and management, office administration (30+ members), invoicing processing, database updating, stockroom organization, shipping, and additional duties. With the following main responsibilities: 

▪ Successfully planned and executed multifaceted B2B/B2C events & meetings (on and off-line) held at 3 international sites, managing accommodations and F&B venue selection (directly or through third party partners), logistics, and coordinating the agenda cross-functionally with other internal departments. Arranging off-site activities such as team buildings, students accommodations visits, tourist attractions tours, city visits and similar. 

▪ Established and tracked KPIs, resulting in a 15% increase in event efficiency, a 25% increase in attendee satisfaction, and up to 40% reduction in event costs, exceeding management expectations. Ensuring post-event reporting & feedback from attendees, and maximizing ROI to continuously improve future events in partnership with the Sales team members. 

▪ Familiar with CRM and Sales tools, data analysis and processing. Collaborating in the creation and updating of the custom-made database to properly organize customer data & sales opportunities, leading to improved utilization by 20%. 

▪ Stockroom and office management, including but not limited to materials, supplies and shipping; optimizing internal organisational processes, reducing costs by 30% and increasing efficiency. 

▪ Taking end-to-end responsibility and bargaining terms with third-party vendors, including long-term proposal creation, price negotiation and deal closure. 

▪ Created effective system for accurate calculation & processing of all sales, commissions, fairs and events invoices in partnership with the different accounting departments across our 3 campuses for maximum efficiency and accuracy, resulting in a 15% reduction in errors. 

▪ Direct contact with both worldwide partners and students, following up on customer satisfaction, pending payments and managing as well the scholarships interviews and assignation. ▪ Management of bookings for the Educational Fairs according to
