I’ve been working as head of the E-commerce & Product Area (PMO) in a native e-commerce brand for almost 4 years, plus 4 years before as Head of the Design & Product Department (PM), where I lead the IT department as well, mixing IT and design one of my main responsibilities was the development, UX/UI of the website; when I become the e-commerce head of the brand, started developing the OKR, roadmaps, following and coaching the team to reach the objetives in a successful way.

I’m able to manage teams with different profiles combining them to achieve the best experience for the users, leading the team members through objectives and tight deadlines.
