My experience is related to the fields of CRM and digital analysis, translating business goals into digital KPIs, performing data analysis and proposing next actions. Involved in projects about data collection, measurement and visualization within different scopes, with a view to lead growth as well as lead quality improvement. Also acted as subject matter expert in CRM use case definitions, as well as originating potential workflow solutions lead hub tool creation. Developed a knowledge base for the sales teams and created and delivered trainings on use of CRM. 
I have a deep interest in data, marketing and communication and I love challenges related to automation, process structuring and uniting MarTech (GA4, Googl3 Tag Manager, Looker...) to business goals.

I love to constantly learn new skills and participate in cross-departmental projects, with a special focus on use cases definition, commercial process improvement and translating these into technical requirements. 
International teams is where I feel best. 

I also have a special interest in copywriting, urban vibe magazines and entrepreneurial initiative.
