Project in a histone methyltransferase and how it regulates Extracellular Matrix and Collagen remodelling in Bladder Cancer. 

• Discovery of molecular mechanism involved in bladder cancer after decreased expression of a histone methyltransferase. 
• Management of large databases related to RNA expression with Filemaker database. Working experience and knowledge about genetics and NGS pipelines. 
• Technics: Protein, DNA and RNA extraction. RT-qPCR, Western Blotting. RNA-seq and Mass Spectrometry analysis. Cell proliferation, migration and invasion. Cell culture and cell treatments.
