Job Description:

Our Carbon Solution Management Expert will play a key role in our solutions expansion.

Responsible for domain expertise and market enablement, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in product, design and engineering as well as key stakeholders across the organization including Methodology, Corp Dev and Solutions Consulting.

The Solutions team within EcoVadis, led by Chief Solutions Officer (CSO), is responsible for overseeing the product strategy and prioritization, solution roadmap, and cross-company coordination to drive commercial success of named products and add-ons.

In this role you will report directly to the Solution Management Director, Carbon.

Key responsibilities include:
1-Domain expertise

Bring carbon accounting, climate strategy and supply chain decarbonization expertise into solution design and development
Be accountable for content developed into product
Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders (e.g. customers, market research, experts, partners, Methodology team, Solutions Consulting, CorpDev) to stay on top of industry and market trends and standards
Generate insights and thought leadership on carbon accounting, climate strategy and supply chain decarbonization and coordinate with Solutions Consulting, RevOps and Marketing for the Gotomarket material

2-Market enablement

Bring carbon accounting, climate strategy and supply chain decarbonization expertise into developing use cases, partnering with internal stakeholders, in particular Solutions Consulting, RevOps, Marketing, Methodology team
Collaborate across the organization to build knowledge and capacity serving the success of the solutions
Collaborate with relevant external think tanks and organizations to build EcoVadis Carbon brand and represent /enhance our expertise (e.g. WBCSD)
Coordinate with marketing and other relevant stakeholders on the overarching go to market strategy)

Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of carbon accounting (corporate & product), climate strategy and supply chain decarbonization
Product management experience is an advantage
Expertise in Supply Chain and Procurement is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to pursue new and unprecedented opportunities, pushing beyond "the known", taking bold steps
Understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms
Expertise in product strategy and product development: ability to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of product components, design, features and benefits when communicating product features or design and tailoring the message to meet customer needs.
Presentation and communication skills: ability to present information and findings clearly so they can be understood by a variety of audiences with different levels of knowledge and interests.
Data analysis and metrics creation: ability to collect, analyze and interpret data and develop, implement and monitor key performance indicators
Troubleshooting: ability to resolve issues by diagnosing problems, determining possible resolutions and implementing effective solutions.
University degree, or higher, in a sustainabilityrelated field: Environmental Sciences or Engineering, Economics or other sustainabilityrelated disciplines
