JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • As a Negative Profitability Executive, you will be focused on ensuring the accomplishment and followup of the Negative Profitability's targets in terms of auditing negative bookings and reduce losses by amending booking with operative human mistakes.


  • Tasks:_

  • Respond to assigned tasks within daily workflow and business pipelines. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all work queues
  • Follow established processes and procedures to audit the required data of the booking in a consistent and accurate way
  • Reduce losses by amending detected mistakes in bookings
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs established for the team, ensuring consistent delivery against quality and productivity standards
  • Skills needed:_
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Strong organizational and methodical capabilities
  • Good knowledge of Hotel Contract and Booking Maintenance screens of inhouse systems (Atlas 2.0)
  • Basic Excel skills
