Senior Manager, Product Marketing

Our B2B Product Marketing team is looking for a motivated
Senior Manager,
Product
Marketing
who understand the power of outstanding go-to-markets and cares deeply about the customer experience for a 14-months parental leave cover**.


You will be managing and growing a team of 4 product marketers (2 in Austin, Texas, and 2 in London, UK) to orchestrate and launch new and improved products across our Hotel, Vacation Rental, Air, and Car partner segments - from influencing the roadmap to going to market and growing adoption, working closely with collaborators and leaders across the company, including Product, Strategy, Growth Marketing and Sales teams.


What you'll do:


Your and your team will be managing product lines that are directly supporting our supply partners' reach and visibility goals with the traveler segments that will deliver the most value to their business.

Developing a deep understanding of Expedia Group's audiences and of our business and product strategies, and building trust and influence with your stakeholders will be critical for your success.


You will:

  • Lead a team of 4, coach and mentor their growth as product marketers and their career at Expedia Group
  • Drive the team's performance through quarterly planning and prioritization, goal setting, business reviews, and performance assessments
  • Develop the product marketing strategy across the product lines managed by your team and inline with our company objectives including developing insights to inform the roadmap, positioning and messaging, and launch strategies
  • Coordinate efforts within your team to ensure Account Management readiness, developing marketing materials and partnering with the Sales Enablement, Knowledge Management, and Training teams
  • Partners with product, marketing, customer support, sales enablement, and sales teams to drive adoption of key products and features

Who you are:


  • You have 8+ years of relevant experience including in coaching, mentoring, or people management in product, product marketing, portfolio and/or audience marketing.
  • You have experience working in complex environement, ideally B2B, and are ready to share and implement validated practices on day one, including a demonstrated ability to author and implement outstanding insights plans, positioning, messaging, segmentation, and strategic, impactful gotomarket and adoption plans
  • Willing to learn and eager to partner, always ensuring you bring your peers along the journey
  • Able to capably handle numerous, complex decisions simultaneously, across multiple teams, time zones, and cultures
