We are looking for a
Project Management and Pilot Coordinator.

MISSION:

During the project the Go to user team will pair with the technical project team to ensure end user centricity.
The project will be split in different phases: key focus of the project will be user research and piloting of the technology:
UX/UI phase to understand gains/ pains and wishes of our end users
12 pilot phase(s) will be conducted with a defined group of end users to understand their wishes and needs
Iteration and improvements of our materials/ communications, etc. to prepare for "(Launch/ Awareness)Event"
Implementation of Event/ Announcement/ Awareness Campaign

TASKS:

As Project Manager support:

Support with the development of reports and updates on status and progress.
Support with the coordination of the individual GTU work packages in Jira.
Interact and align with the technical project team.
Prepare and support in the moderation and the planning of workshops and meetings (e.g. kick off meeting, roadmapping, retro workshops, etc.)

As Pilot support:

Support in pilot coordination, planning and execution (pilot objectives, pilot group set up, community moderation)
Support with the creation of the pilot environment (e.g. pilot group, pilot community, webpage, etc.)
Prepare and execute pilot Q&A, kick off and closure calls.

SCHEDULE:

Parttime hours.
Full remote or 1 day office per week.
