IT Quality Coordinator.

SKILLS:

- +5 years administrative, customer services or relevant business experience.

Advanced
business processes and project management skills.
Thorough functional knowledge within assigned department to archieve objectives.
Good knowledge and experience in GxP compliance topics and IT.
Basic understanding of
regulatory frameworks and quality management systems.**:
Ability to meet deadlines, accuracy, problem-solving and influence decisions.
Fluent English.

TASKS:

Accurate maintenance of IT regulations in Document Management Systems to define processes.
Veeva Vault as content management platform.
Coordinate the documentation.
Manage review process and assessment processes.
Support role management process.
Support incident and problem management.
Spends majority of time independently managing activities of department and provides guidance and training to others.

SCHEDULE:

08/09h17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
100% remote or 1 day presentially, as well.
