    Joining Adyen's Account Management team is crucial for our global expansion and success. Working here means managing relationships with international merchants from various industries, engaging in cross-functional projects, and gaining expertise through our AM Academy.

    We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our Madrid team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, eager to drive growth for top brands while contributing to industry evolution.     Key responsibilities as an Account Manager, Enterprise:

    • Relationship management: Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Develop a global network within Adyen for effective teamwork.
    • Commercial acumen: Lead commercial discussions to meet strategic targets and financial goals.
    • Strategic consultation: Provide expertise, education, and payment guidance to customers to position Adyen as a trusted partner.
    • Project management: Prioritize and execute projects across multiple accounts.
    • Feedback: Advocate for customers internally and act as a feedback conduit.

    Qualifications we are looking for:

    • Skilled in developing strong relationships with all management levels
    • Passionate about leading strategic payments conversations and coordinating technical discussions
    • Ability to analyze data sets strategically and drive client success
    • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating for results

    Additional requirements:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, particularly in account management or consulting
    • English and Spanish proficiency required, other languages a plus
    • Role based in Madrid office, with occasional domestic and international travel
