How to contribute to our vision

  • Supports management in planning and calculating yearly budgets, for the organization unit assigned (main focus being on the real estate business)
  • Consolidate budgets, including topdown and bottomup plans, and proceeds with revolving planning, and periodic forecasts during the year.
  • Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan, and pursues effects of agreed measures.
  • Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improve the depended cost accounting system.
  • Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.
  • Carries out adhoc analyses and profitability calculations, and contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling.
  • May perform evaluations of assets and liabilities, and manages inventory measures on a regular term.
  • May include functional leadership of small number of support staff.
What you need to make a difference

Professional Experience

  • At least 3 5 years working experience in similar position
  • Working experience within the BA or Finance,
  • Real Estate experience would be a plus, but it's not a must
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word
Required aptitudes

  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and adapt changes quickly under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen on working in a team
Languages

  • Fluent in English level, both oral and written. Spanish would be a plus.
