    ¿Cuáles son las funciones principales?

    • Desarrollar y comunicar la visión estratégica de la arquitectura de productos.
    • Capacidad para comprender la visión estratégica de la empresa y traducirla en arquitecturas tecnológicas efectivas.
    • Habilidad para diseñar soluciones técnicas completas que aborden los requisitos del negocio.
    • Experiência en la selección de tecnologías adecuadas para cumplir con los objetivos y requisitos de la organización.
    • Experiência en integración de sistemas y diseño de arquitecturas que permitan una fácil expansión e interoperabilidad.
    • Colaborar con otros líderes para alinear la arquitectura con los objetivos empresariales.
    • Dirigir y desarrollar un equipo de arquitectos de productos.
    • Asignar tareas, proporcionar orientación y fomentar el crecimiento profesional.
    • Supervisar el diseño y desarrollo de arquitecturas de productos.
    • Garantizar la coherencia, la escalabilidad y la seguridad de las soluciones.
    • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, ingeniería y otros departamentos.
    • Facilitar la comunicación y asegurar la cohesión entre las diferentes partes del negocio.
    • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias tecnológicas y proponer nuevas tecnologías que mejoren los productos.
    • Impulsar la innovación en la arquitectura de productos para mantener la competitividad.
    • Supervisar el ciclo de vida completo del desarrollo de productos.
    • Garantizar la entrega oportuna y de alta calidad de los proyectos.
    • Identificar y mitigar los riesgos asociados con la arquitectura de productos.
    • Resolver problemas técnicos y garantizar la estabilidad de las soluciones implementadas.



    ¿Cuáles son los requisitos generales que se valorarán?    :

    • Titulación Técnica Superior.
    • Experiência significativa en roles de liderazgo en arquitectura de productos o campos relacionados.
    • Experiência en el diseño y desarrollo de arquitecturas de productos.
    • Profundo conocimiento de tecnologías relevantes para la arquitectura de productos.
    • Familiaridad con metodologías de desarrollo ágil y enfoques actuales de entrega de software.
    • Habilidades desarrolladas de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y guiar a equipos.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
    • Capacidad para pensar estratégicamente y alinear la arquitectura con los objetivos comerciales.
    • Experiência en la gestión de proyectos complejos y múltiples equipos de desarrollo.
    • Habilidades analíticas sólidas para evaluar y resolver problemas técnicos.
    • Capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno empresarial dinámico y cambiar las prioridades según sea necesario.
    • Conocimiento hablado y escrito de inglés, nível mínimo B2.
