- Lead the development and optimization of programs for the Total Customer Journey/Experience in the industrial printing segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies and post-sales services.
- Drive customer satisfaction through survey tools like Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Support CRM processes and tools implementation to enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize quality standards to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Journey/Experience management.
- Background in project management best practices.
- Experience with tools for measuring customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with the industrial segment and major players/products.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with multi-regional teams and client interaction.
- Knowledge of global printing market trends and relevant tools.
- Previous experience in Process Design and Business Process Management.

Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Customer Journey & Experience Manager at HP Industrial Printing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes, KPIs, quality improvements, and change management programs related to the Total Customer Journey and Experience. Collaboration with various teams is crucial to ensure a seamless experience for our Industrial Printing Service Providers (PSPs).
