- More than 3 years leading successful engineering teams and actively collaborating with product managers in the development of software products.
- Passion for team growth and individual development.
- Experience in development and design of distributed and scalable systems.
- In-depth knowledge of software engineering best practices (coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing).
- Have a high level of English since you will be working with a multicultural team.
