People Trainee:

We are seeking a Human Resources Trainee to join our growing People team.

As a People Trainee, you will be an integral member of the People Team supporting records management and department support.

The position:

Get to know our entire HR-ADM process in depth.
Assist departments with their recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintaining a healthy communication system towards the employees.
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details.
Be introduced to complex HR-ADM issues such as time tracking and terminating employee relations.
Take your first steps in the interaction of the HR-ADM area with external entities / suppliers, learning how to prepare reports.

Personal skills and experience

An ongoing bachelor's or master's degree in Business/Psychology/Human Resources.

Nice to have

Detail oriented.
Ability to exercise discretion regarding sensitive information.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
